I am setting up a list, and wondered if it is possible to have a message
sent *automatically* to anyone who attempts to subscribe, stating that
subscriptions are forwarded to me for approval, and listing the
requirements for subscription.  This is different from a standard 'welcome'
message which goes out after subscribing.  I'm looking for something that
would be sent out whenever someone *attempts* to subscribe.
I can do this manually every time listserv tells me
someone would like to subscribe, but I would greatly prefer that it be
done automatically.
 
Any assistance will be much appreciated!
