Ben,

        I know that the owner's manual specifies " instead of ' when setting
the Primetime settings for a site, so does the on-line help.  However, when
setting the time via the GUI interface, the value is set to:
'MON-FRI: 0600-1759; SAT-SUN: -'     I can't change this.

In any event, this must be  Primetime = "MON-FRI: 06:00-17:59; SAT-SUN: -"

I think the " must be used instead of ' and I know the 06:00 colon : is
required
in the time spec.
