Here is a problem we are having. We have a link setup to Subscribe and
un-subscribe from one of our lists. All the user has to do is type in an email
address and click on a button to subscribe to the list. I have some users that
are able to subscribe to the list and some users that are not able to.

The users that work is see the following in the logs

users that do not work this is the info I see in the logs.

What does the last line mean ? and why does it work on sum subscribers and not
on others?
