You can set NO POST.  The only way to prevent someone from subscribing is
to set Subscription= By_owner   or Subscription= Closed  and then simply
not ADD the person when they write you to subscribe.

You can also add them to the Filter= also, [log in to unmask], but this
only works if they don't change their address, which they may likely do.
