Because it is just about holiday time here in the USA, list-owners
should be conditioned to expect repeated bounces of e-mail.  Depending
on a "host" of factors, you might ignore them, NOMAIL the subscription,
or perhaps even delete the subscription.  Don't expect much help from
other sysadmins who are on vacation.
 
You might also expect some "system" upgrades that are broken :-(
