Actually what I think you should do is send to ALL subscribers regardless
of their setting. Maybe this would be as a result of a cleaverly crafted
PROBE?
If the list is changing the HOSTNAME, then NOMAIL, INDEX, and DIGEST
subscribers need the same opportunity to be reached.
NOMAIL does NOT mean not interested -- they could be subscribed for
purposes of using the WEB interface.
Alternatively, with cooperation of your listserv-admin, you could do a
REVIEW listname NOH and then do a DISTRIBUTE MAIL job.
Or
Q ***GUI*** listname WITH NOMAIL FOR *@*
the ***GUI*** is a literal.
You should be able to use some form of text editor to then scan the
resultant output for a lines that have a '@' sign.
