   I suppose the fact that people are requesting such things means the
people who want it are so clueless that they don't know how to have their
mail software sort things in various sequences, or drop them into different
folders.
 
   Of course it might also mean that some people are provided such incredibly
lame mail software that this is impossible, which is a pretty scary thought.
 
   But since I can do this with MailBook, GroupWise, Eudora, etc, etc, I'd
hope that it means that the users just need a bit of education (and not
from the listowner) from their local mail gurus.....though sometimes a
listowner has to convince people that they have the right to ask their ISP
or company or campus techies to give a little service....
