I hope someone could please help with this.  I plan to have a
questionnaire default, for those wanting to join my list.  I know this
can easily be done, but not sure of the mechanics of it.  I am using
the 1.8D version with web interface, so I do have easy access of
the email templates.  If some one could point out any suggestions
on doing this, I would be gratefully appreciate.
