Not unless you add a functionally alias-ed email address, in which case
they really do have multiple subscriptions

Observe the output of your original and manually process as necessary. OR ...

Do multiple bulk ADDs, one for each topic.  Between each add, change the
list definition for DEFAULT-TOPICS=.  Repeat until done or until you cry UNCLE!
