Not 100% sure, but it would be better (if not correct):

* Filter= ALSO,[log in to unmask]

It isn't clear to me that the individual isn't already subscribed (and if
so, might be able to post); or switching "name" (userid) fields.  Show us
the money i.e., List definition keywords.
