YOU are doing nothing incorrectly in the generation / distribution of your
postings.  The only thing incorrect is your interpretation of the error
message:

1) the part about "MIME"  -- has nothing to do with the mail that you sent,
or for that matter with receipt of the mail, only that what ever problem
exists at the subscriber's end of the link is going to be told to you the
list-owner, in a mail encapsulated with MIME formatting i.e., this is
meta-information

2) what it did tell you was that there was some generic (or perhaps more
specific info that was not in your query to us) error associated with the
reception of email by someone subscribed to (or forwarded from) your list
for a host called CHI-EAST.ORG (or some variation thereof).

Scan your subscriber list for such a variation e.g.,

SCAN ldi-wharton-skb east.org

and see who pops up.
