Yes, Aldo seems to have some extremely odd ideas about the realities of
encryption in general, and the laws relating to it in the United States in
particular.
 
There are _no_ laws which regulate civilian use of encryption.  The FBI has
_no_ access to encryption technology in a general sense.  Aldo, you seem to
have no particular idea what you're talking about here.
 
I'd strongly suggest that you actually learn something a bout the subject
before writing further about it.
