Some people have had trouble  printing the tutorial, although most people
managed. I  have renamed  the NSC93HO.PS  file to  NSC93A4.PS and  made a
slightly different NSC93US.PS  version available, which won't  ask you to
load A4 paper in the printer  tray and produces better centered output. I
probably should replace it with a version formatted for US paper, but the
file is on a PC at home so I can't do it now.
 
To avoid bad surprises, given the size  of the file, NSC93HO is no longer
available. You have to use one of the two new names.
