Here's what I want to do, can it be done?
 
I have a dynamic ip (my ip address changes each time I log on).
I want to have a Connecticut Talking type of listserver. A place where
people can post meetings, events, classes, and general chitchat.
 
If I can't use ListServ, what can I use?
