Yes and no is the answer about VMS mail. Individuals can't filter their
mailbox when doing a terminal session. However, current versions of
Multinet do allow site-wide filtering based on RFC header violations, such
as e-mail addressed to [log in to unmask] This same tool can also limit use
of a VMS system for relays. Also, you can block entire domains. For VMS,
the filtering is done system-wide, not by individuals.

We use a VMS server as our primary e-mail server and Eudora or Netscape
Mail for clients.
