Do you mean Subject-Tag or the Topics list? If it is the first, then that appears for subscribers that have the SUBJ option set. If it is the second, then that appears for subscribers that have the TOPICS option set.

You're suggesting user error?
List headers have been checked thoroughly-- not sure how I could have been clearer.
I sent a support ticket, but this university is notoriously unconcerned about anything concerning the listservs.
