The implication is that your listkwd.file in \LISTSERV\MAIN isn't up to date
or is corrupted somehow.  Please look at this file and see if there is an
entry for Sub-Lists= .  Note that I'm assuming you're running under NT;
if under unix, listkwd.file is in ~listserv/home .
