As I recall, PSUVM used alot of AFD/FUI, esp. for software distribution
e.g., (remember) NETNEWS (on VM/CMS)?

Now *I* depend upon things like NETMIND (MIND-IT).

Poor-man's FUI:

TOPIC= FUI
DEFAULT-TOPICS= ALL,-FUI

Subscriber issues SET listname TOPICS +FUI

list-owner sends:

Subject: FUI: file blah-blah-blah has been updated
