Some other list management software looks for commands in the Subject:
line.  LISTSERV(R) does not.  All commmands must be in the text body of
the message.

You can change the text of the Welcome message and the Add1 message.  They
are found in the MAILTPL message template file.  Full and detailed
instructions for GETing, modifying and PUTing this file, to customize any
msgs for your list, can be fouund in Sec 9 of the List Owners manual.
