You might try sending Listserv the following command 

if the "thanks" command returns a "you're welcome."



"SERVE address."



This restores service to a disabled user.

Aloha all,

 

I have a small (50+) listserv of mostly people from state health

departments.  I have one subscriber who I see as subscribed to the list,

but she isn't receiving any of the listserv messages.  She's checked

with her michigan.gov IT people and they tell her that they aren't

blocking any messages from the listserv.  I'm am also not getting bounce

back messages from her account when a message is sent to the list.

 

Any suggestions on what else I should be doing?
