I am running listserv classic 1.8d on a WinNT 4.0 box.
config is :

The list behaves erratically as the following example shows:

If Annette posts to the list, no one receives her message. If Tom posts, it
works. This may be the case for one or two days and then ...
If Annette posts, it. works.

The web archives are populated each time but I am assuming that is a
separate process.

does this imply that some are actually getting the message but others are
not ?
