Firefox is my default browser on all machines I use.  It works very well
with Listserv's web interface.  Check to make sure they did not block the
cookie.  They could have blocked all cookies, or they could have blocked
it just for your server.

Have them go to Tools-Privacy-Cookies and make sure cookies are enabled.
Then click Exceptions see if your Listserv server is listed there.  If so,
remove it.
