Hello,
 
 I would like to setup a renewal interval for the lists I own.
 I'm thinking to set it as Renewal= 6-Monthly.
 Now, I have few subscribers that I want to set them to NORENEW and I
 don't even want these few subscribers to get the Renewal notice
 asking them to confirm.
 
 Do I issue the NORENEW for the few subscribers before i change the list
 header or after?
