I cannot get the new Attachments= to work.  The sysadmin thought it was
included in the recent security patch he did, but apparently not (he
agrees, it's not there).  Here is the output of a "release" command:

What needs to happen so that we do have this feature?  I know whether it
happens will be up to the sysadmin, but I'm curious.
