Thanks Francoise, that helps. I knew it was something they had to fix, but
didn't know how.

But the problem remains: How do you notify the AOL subscriber? In my
experience, such AOLers are not accepting mail from ANYONE and messages from
me bounce no matter what mail alias I try....
