Gosh, I hope this feature isn't added to the top of the
wish list.
 
It opens up a whole new can of worms, not the least of
which is a recursive dialectic on the heuristics.
 
I suggest that the list-owner moderate, semi-moderate,
filter, or SET NOPOST subscribers who can't/won't
figure out list etiquette (have you checked your
Welcome File lately for?)
