I have a list that is dormant at the moment. It is set up to have all
messages come
to me as moderator for approval.

All the spam from Korea etc. is sent to -request for "approval." I tried
filtering all messages from .KR and Listserv sent me a message I couldn't do
that. But I didn't change it immediately, and Listserv treated these
messages as unauthorized posts and sent the senders messages which promptly
bounced and then I got error messages. Fortunately for me, it is an
inactive list so when I get a message to -REQUEST for approval, I just
delete it. Not possible on active lists, of course.
