Absolutely ditto, to your message and your sample error message, for all
our MCI addresses (all three of them).  Ergo, I think we can assume it's
definitely an MCI problem, and let them work it out.  We've set them all to
Digest so we only get *one* bouncy bouncy from each per day.
 
Is MCI prone to this sort of problem?  I've heard they're pretty expensive.
Dot com has only recently been showing up on our list, so I've little
direct experience with any of them.  Not that it makes any difference vis a
vis the list, necessarily, but I might some day be forced to purchase into
a .com account, so I'm studying the situation.
