   If this has been answered, sorry for the double posting.
 
   I mentioned on the  list previously (and Eric has a  fix for the next
release) the problem.
 
   The problem  is that CONFIRMs received  the first day are  ignored (a
bug in the code)  and so you see the second notice.   30% means that 30%
fell  into the  gap.   People confirming  after the  first  day are  not
affected.
 
   I found this out the hard way.
 
   Some sites may have the fix already installed, I recall.
