If you're  on a VMS system  chances are you  use VMSmail to reply  to the
message. If you use VMSmail you only have access to one field, FROM:. The
system manager  can put the "From:"  field, the "Reply-To:" field  or the
address for  delivery errors in  that. If  he puts the  "Reply-To:" field
things work properly  when you reply but delivery errors  are sent to the
list if  you do  SET FORWARD  XYZ::LITTLEQUOTA. If  he puts  the delivery
error address  these will properly go  to owner-listname but so  will the
replies. Some lists  improperly set the delivery error  return address to
the  list rather  than  owner-listname and  appear to  work.  There is  a
similar problem  with some PC mail  systems with gateways that  think the
delivery error address is the reply address.
