Set Reply-To=Sender,Ignore if you want replies to always go to the
person who sent the posting.  In other words, "List" inserts a
Reply-to: header with the list name; "Sender" inserts a Reply-to: with
the sender's address.  "Respect" means to carry-over any Reply-to:
address in the original posting (a good idea, in my opinion) while
"Ignore" means to ignore any incoming Reply-to: fields.

I use Reply-to=Sender,Respect to avoid accidental "public" replies of
private messages.
