Perhaps the problem is a defunct address: UBVM.cc.buffalo.edu (not ubvB)
 is no longer in use.  All list traffic now emanates from
 LISTSERV.ACSU.BUFFALO.EDU   (though I did think that mail from UBVM
 was being forwarded.
