     I have tried to change the POSTMASTER setting in my site.cfg file
     from:

     POSTMASTER=Administrator@%NODE%

     to:

     POSTMASTER=Administrator@%NODE%,[log in to unmask]

     I then reinitialize LSV.

     When I try and create a new list by sending a header from the second
     account - with the correct PW - I get a return message from saying I
     am not permitted to create a list.

     I tried a the possible variations - I think - on the domain name.

     What am I missing?

     P.S. I am running an eval copy of Listserv 1.8b for Windows NT - and I
     am running NT 3.51. This problem happens when I run the programs as
     both NT services and from the command window.
