which indicates  the end  of the keyword.  Consequently, the  part marked
'---' is a comment, which is discarded.

Here is what happens to your "Editor=" keyword: anything after the ending
blank is discarded, regardless of whether  or not it contains commas. You
could  code 'Editor=  HARRISON@RPIECS,STEPHEN@RPIECS,...'  or place  each
address/comment pair on  a separate line, so that you  can keep the names
for the benefit of the human reader.
