I am trying to eliminate a peer by doing a GET from both peers, combining the
lists, editing out the Peer references, and then doing a PUT back to the
LISTSERV that will be the single site for the list.
 
I think I have been very careful to not disturb any of the stuff out beyond
column 80, etc., but the LISTSERV keeps telling me  that there is a line
starting with a blank.  I have looked very carefully and cannot find such a
line, but it will now not accept the PUT and the list is locked.  Any idea
what I can do?
