What happens to the postings over the threshold?  Will the extra ones
bounce back to the sender or bounce to the owner or be freed at midnight
or simply vanish or what?
 
And by "you'll be able to set" do you mean this won't be preset to a
default when 1.8c starts running on a system?  In other words, it's
simply an option that a listowner can choose to set?
