Another   spam    warning    today.     I    wonder   whether   such
network-terrorists are being investigated by the police in  the  US.
 
Is it legal in the US  to  induce other .COMers to bomb around their
garbbage ?.
 
AOL and others (mostly  minor  e-service  providers)  will  have  to
tackle  this  problem with an iron-fist, I believe.  Otherwise, I am
sure that those sources  will  start being "nuked-over-the-board" by
the academic listowners.
 
Some catharsis is needed *now*.
