If there is anyone out there who has a list at U. of Buffalo but can
get email on a non-buffalo account, well, the mail system at Buffalo
is totally snafu, and that includes LISTSERV mail (not LISTSERV fault,
Buffalo central mail fault).  You can check on the latest update
(which will probably be superseded in eight hours with the latest
disaster) by going to:
