As long as you *don't*  have.....
Language= NOHTML
....LISTSERV will NOT strip HTML portions of multipart/alternative
messages. LISTSERV also does not remove HTML code from text messages.

The Attachments keyword has nothing to do with Multipart/Alternative
messages. Language=Exchange will allow MS Exchange formatted attachments
as LISTSERV by default will strip them.  I bet the problem is with Outlook
98 sending the message not in compliance with MIME standards, which is not
unusual for MS mail clients. If you want to make a final check, use these
settings:

Language= Exchange
Attachments=All

If that fails, I would like to see the full headers of one of these
messages sent to an individual.
