In the Web interface (15.0), go to:

List Management
 -> List Configuration
    -> List Configuration Tasks
       -> Attachments tab

At the bottom on this page is a link to the CONTENT_FILTER template.
(At the top of the tab, there is also a list of "Tips", and you can click on
"Content Filtering" to get the help for this.)


(This Wizard is also available in earlier versions of LISTSERV as "Allow or
disallow attachments, HTML, or other contents").
