Apparently AOL users have greater problems with unwanted email than most.

In the last two days, I've had bounced messages from three different AOL
users due to them refusing mail.

I received the following from one of them:

I'm not aware of anything that can be done, but wanted to check with this
group before telling the user the situation with AOL is hopeless and that
the only solution is to change to a different internet provider.
