We have a list with multiple list owners (5). One of them wants to be
put on review (long story), so their posts can be moderated before
going to the list. Can a ListOwner on a list with some subscribers only
on review (ie the list isn't fully moderated), also be put on review,
or do all ListOwners bypass this, no matter what their subscription
options are? We do not wish this person to come off ListOwner status,
which would solve any the problems there may be with this.
