numbering digests

Hi,

I've looked through the LSTOWN-L and LSTSRV-L archives regarding the ability
to number digests, when more than one is generated per day.  The answers seemed
to be that there isn't a way to number them.  I was wondering if there's been
any change in this with version 1.8c?  Can multiple daily digests be numbered?
