What appears on the From: line is determined by the senders mailing program
(Eudora or whatever) and LISTSERV merely passes on whatever is there.  The
name in LISTSERV's listname file (the one from when the user subscribed)
will only be used if they send in a From: with only an email address (i.e.
no-name).  Only then will LISTSERV add the name it has on file that matches
that exact address.  At all other times, the RFC822 From: field contents
are preserved untouched, and that is very unlikely to ever change.
