Yes, but only if:
1) you can get the listserv-maintainer to agree (and you are s/he)
2) you create a new list that has you as a poster and the list kwd:
sub-lists=
which IDs all of the lists to which you plan to broadcast.
When I used to maintain my work unit's organizational structure of lists (which was a list of sub-lists of sub-lists of sub-lists), there was some overlap of subscribers. The above technique "filled the bill."
Please make sure that you do not have lists SUBSCRIBED to lists -- this sometimes causes a LISTSERV spam heuristic to trigger. Also make sure that the subscribers are not using different userid@node to subscribe e.g., [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask] go to the same mailbox but would each receive a posting if they were subscribers to any of the sub-lists.
