LISTSERV always names monthly message archives in the format  LISTNAME.LOGyymm
so since there is no month with the number of 00 then *.LOG0100 would not be
valid.  *.LOG0001 would be valid for monthly log Jan 2000.

Annual message logfiles are named in the format LISTNAME.LOGyy  so an annual log
for all of 2000 would be  *.LOG00  not *.LOG0000.

Weekly logfiles are LISTNAME.LOGyymmx where x is A,B,C,D, or E depending on the
date (Days 1-7=A, 8-14=B, 15-21=C, 22-28=D, 29-31=E).

Naming convention for Single and Separate logfiles is left as an exercise for
the student.
