The user really is subscribed as "in@haladji_karn"@bentley.edu;  I cut the
address directly from the output of SCAN.  There's some RFC or other (one
that talks about the format of email addresses) that talks about having the
first part of the address being quoted.  From the excerpts of this RFC I've
seen, this looks like a valid email address (even if it doesn't work, the
format is valid).
 
So how do I delete this user?
