My suggestion would be to chage the list header to something like:
SEND=PUBLIC
REPLY-TO=LIST,SENDER
Of course, this solution will only work if all of the potential voters
on your list have e-mail programs competant enough to know what to do with
the reply-to field. This will at the very least, send a copy of the
message sent by each voter back to the voter for their review. You may
to even have all members of that list set to subjecthdr and create a subject
like VoteConfirmation.
Just my suggestion, thoiugh there are probably better ones out there.
