        Don't grace it with a response.
 
        It's not that you don't care,  nor even that this person is
necessarily wrong  (except for the obvious recent action).   It's just
that he's more emotional than rational at this time.   He's being
manipulative.   Don't submit.   (a response would be submission)
Save your own strength for bigger problems later.
