Can anyone point me to, or provide, a resource that discusses the duties and
time involved in being a list owner?  I'm contemplating starting a list and
need to know more about what's involved in maintaining it, how many hours per
week does it take, can it be done on a weekly basis or must things be done
daily, what are the common problems associated with a listserve, etc?
